While drone usage is open to everyone, it may not always be the optimal solution. That's why our initial verification process is
customized and essential to ensure the necessary conditions for installation.

01. ANALYSIS AND DATA COLLECTION

To gain a comprehensive understanding of our client's requirements, we assess both the opportunities and challenges. ALTA conducts an in-depth feasibility and risk analysis, taking into account various factors, including the nature of materials, quantities involved, departure and destination specifications, coverage range, and preferred transport schedules.

02. DEFINITION OF SERVICE PARAMETERS

After completing the preliminary step, whether or not the customer opts to continue with the service or the testing phase, we
assess the technical feasibility and establish technical-economic parameters. At this juncture, clients have the option to proceed
with service planning or initiate one or more test periods, usually lasting between 1 and 4 weeks.

03. DRAFTING OF THE SORA

We meticulously prepare the Specific Operation Risk Assessment (SORA). This comprehensive document outlines all service specifications, detailing the logistics of where, how, and when while evaluating potential risk scenarios on the ground and in the air.

04. RECEIPT OF AUTHORIZATION

Once the SORA is completed, authorization is granted for either the service or the test, and activities are initiated accordingly.

05. NETWORK DEVELOPMENT

We continually expand and enhance our routes and services, guaranteeing consistent maintenance and control included in the annual fee.
